1. Service

PrimoLocal provides Novo — a 24/7 Revenue Recovery agent for Texas HVAC contractors. Novo answers after-hours calls, books appointments into your calendar, qualifies leads, and forwards emergencies. The service is provided for a flat fee of $10,000 per year.

2. Payment

Novo is billed as a single annual payment of $10,000. No monthly invoices. No per-call charges. No hidden fees. Payment is due after the 14-Day Prove-It period if you choose to continue.

3. 14-Day Prove-It

Novo goes live on your phone line for 14 days at zero cost and zero obligation. At the end of the 14 days, you review the call log and decide. If you continue, the annual fee applies. If you do not continue, we disconnect Novo and you owe nothing.

4. Client Cap

PrimoLocal caps active Novo clients at 5 to maintain service quality. When all spots are full, new applicants are placed on a waitlist and notified when a spot opens.

5. Cancellation

Novo is an annual commitment. The $10,000 fee covers 12 months of service. No refunds. No pro-rata. If you choose to cancel, service continues through the end of your current annual term. No penalties. No gotchas.
